Rescheduling & Missed Appointment Policy:

Once purchased, clients may adjust their appointment times up until 4 hours prior to the scheduled session.

No Call No Show - The First Missed Appointment will result in the client receiving a voucher to reschedule their appointment at no additional cost. If that appointment is missed, the client will have to purchase a new session if desired.
